Which plan is best for my team?

How long is your standard plan valid for?
It is valid until December 31; however if you purchased a standard plan in October, November or December, you will have up to (120) days to use the service. For example, if this plan was purchased on December 1, 2023, the service would be valid until March 30, 2024.
How many training sessions do I need for my team?
This depends on your needs, current budget and business objectives. You can always schedule a free and non-obligatory consultation prior to making your final decision.
What payment processor do you use?
All online transactions will be processed by Stripe.
I have completed the payment, what is the next step?
Once we receive your payment, we will be in touch with you within (1) business day via email. Please note that we may experience a high volume of emails at times, if you do not hear back from us within (3) business days, we apologize for the delay, and please feel free to follow up with us at admin@berelevantnetwork.com
What is the renewal process?
Your subscription is set to auto-renew. However, if, for any reason, you do not wish to continue to use our services, you can cancel your subscription anytime via the customer portal.
How do I cancel or reschedule my purchase?
Please note that all sales are final. There are no refunds for services purchased. It is recommended to reschedule any session or scope of service (7) days prior to any scheduled date. All rescheduling requests should be made in writing. See Full Rescheduling Policy and No Show, Late and Cancellation Policy.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You may manage your subscription via the customer portal. Read more policy here.
